Instructions

04498 CREAM and MUSHROOMS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1/2 kg of fresh mushrooms or 45 g of dried mushrooms, 200 ml (1 cup) skim milk, 2 egg yolks, 1/2 l chicken broth, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 leek, 1 clove of garlic, parsley, olive oil, salt, pepper.
