Instructions

INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 200 g of dried red beans, 200 g of pork chops, 100 gr.

of rind, 1 Laurel leaf, 100 g of bacon in a single piece, 200 g of cabbage, 2 potatoes, 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon flour, 1 tablespoon of cornmeal, salt, pepper.

Soak for 12 hours the red beans in plenty of water; drain them, place them in a saucepan, add the pork chops, pork rind, 2 l of water and the lauro.

Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 hour and 1/2 sweet focus.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into chunks.

In another saucepan, then heat the lard with parsley for 5 minutes over medium heat, in the middle of hot oil.

Serve immediately.
