Herbal soup
Instructions
INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 500 g soft white cheese 20% fat content, 4 tablespoons chopped chervil, 4 tablespoons chopped chives 2 tablespoons tarragon, chopped, 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro, 1 tablespoon minced mint leaves, a clove of garlic, 25 cl of water, sprigs of parsley for garnish, salt, pepper.
In a bowl beat vigorously the white cheese with fine herbs, salt, pepper and crushed garlic.
Without ceasing to stir, add, little by little, 25 cl of water ice: the mixture should have the consistency of a thick soup.
Cover and let stand for one hour in refrigerator.
Ground salt, if necessary, and distributed the frozen soup into bowls.
Garnish with parsley sprigs and serve.
