The soup tofu and shiitakes

the TOFU SOUP and 04845 SHIITAKES INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 2 turnips, 2 leeks (white part only), 150 g 150 g tofu, Chinese mushrooms (shiitakes), 4 tablespoons rice granules (or a nut vegetable broth), a tablespoon of soy sauce, a sprig of Chervil for garnish.
Peel the turnips and cut into very thin slices.
Wash the leek and cut it into strips.
Cut the tofu into cubes of about 1 cm.
Clean the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices.
Melt the granulated miso in 1, 25 l of water and bring to a boil.
Once started the boil, dip in the broth the leeks, mushrooms, soy sauce and tofu into cubes.
Let boil for about 5 minutes.
Add the turnip slices and finish baking at moderate heat for about 2 minutes.
Serve very hot.
