Instructions

05053 CASSEROLE of vegetables and meat with CHEESE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 pork tenderloin (800 g), 1 courgette, 1 eggplant, 1 large onion, 150 g Gruyere cheese, 1 cup of cream, 1 glass of cognac, 2 eggs, oil, salt, pepper.

Clean the vegetables and cut it into very large disks, FRY, drain well and arrange in a baking dish in layers.

Season the fillets with salt and pepper and doratelo in a little oil, fiammeggiatelo with cognac and then cut it into large pieces and place on top of vegetables.

Beat the eggs with the cream, season with salt and pepper, then pour the mixture over the meat and vegetables.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

Au gratin for a few minutes.
