FLOWERING ZUCCHINI marrow 05183 flourished with fondant of duck thigh and mushroom cartoon prepared by Domenico Burato, Golden Cage restaurant of Isola della Scala, was one of the most spectacular dishes of the evening.
The marrow, cut out, had the flower stuffed with duck meat and truffles of Norcia: nice to see, was delicious to eat.
