Instructions
Clean cauliflower, eliminated the toughest leaves and with a small knife split it into florets.
Cook in plenty of salted boiling water for 15 minutes.

Mix thoroughly and add more milk until the mixture is completely smooth.

Drain the florets of cauliflower, place them in a buttered baking dish and drizzle with the sauce.
