05513 PEAS and BACON and walnuts INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 100 g shelled walnuts, 60 g of diced bacon, 60 g onions, 400 g of frozen peas, 20 g of extra virgin olive oil, 20 g of dry white wine, salt, white pepper, thyme.
Golden onion PROCEDURE in hot oil, then add the bacon and nuts coarsely chopped by hand and sauté for 5 minutes.
Add the peas, a little thyme, salt and pepper, sprinkle with wine.
Let it evaporate and cook for 15 minutes.
Serve hot immediately.
