Instructions

MILK and FENNEL 05535 INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 200 g, 500 g of fennel, 25 g Parmesan, 4 cheese slices, salt.

PROCEEDINGS wash and thinly slice the fennel.

In a saucepan heat milk, add salt and bring to a boil.

Add the fennel and cook for 20 minutes.

When cooked, drain and arrange the fennel on a serving dish with the milk.

Grate the Parmesan cheese, cut into cubes the cheese slices, mix them with milk and cook for 10 minutes over low heat.

Pour the sauce over the chicken and serve.
