05157 VEGETABLE FLAN INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE a pack of mixed chopped vegetables, a pack of cream, 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce, 4 eggs, a tablespoon of mustard, butter, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar.
You blast the vegetables in a little oil, when done with the cream, eggs, tomato sauce, flavored with salt and pepper.
Pour the mixture into a buttered flan mould, bake in the oven, Bain-Marie, for about 45 minutes.
Stir in 8 tablespoons oil with 2 of vinegar, mustard, a pinch of salt, tilted or bumped as well.
Drafted and sprinkling it with the vinagretta.
Serve the vegetable flan with the rest of the sauce separately.
