Bruschetta with artichoke cream
Instructions
Peel the artichokes and cut them into slices.
Chop the onion, fry it with oil, add the artichokes and the flour, then the hot broth and milk.
Stir and cook for about an hour.
Pass the mixture to Mashers and place back on the stove, add the cream and parmesan and stir until a smooth cream.
Toasted bread and spread over the cream.

- 4 slices of bread
- 3 artichokes
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 onion
- 60 g of flour
- 75 cl of nut soup
- 50 cl of milk
- 40 g of parmigiano
- 4 tablespoons of cream
