Boil the chickpeas and place in Blender with flour, lemon juice, vegetable oil, crushed cloves of garlic and a pinch of salt.
Let mix until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Bruscate bread, sprayed the slices with oil and spread the creamed chickpeas.
