Instructions

GRILLED EGGPLANT 05744 INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 6 small eggplant, chopped garlic and parsley, oregano, olive oil and pepper.

Place the Eggplant slices in salted water for 10 minutes; After being dried, put them on the grill, spennellandole with a twig of oregano dipped in a sauce of olive oil with the chopped garlic and parsley, salt and pepper.
