Instructions

05830 STUFFED COURGETTES INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 12 Zucchini, 100 g of stale bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese 50 g, 20 g of breadcrumbs, egg, pepper, salt, milk, nutmeg, 20 g of butter.

Boil for 8 minutes the zucchini in boiling salted water.

Cut them in half, remove the core and chop finely, pour breadcrumbs soaked in milk and squeezed, parmesan and egg, flavoured with pepper, salt and nutmeg.

Stuffed half Zucchini, allineatele in a buttered baking dish, sprinkle the filling with the bread crumbs and butter in tassels.

Pour over bottom of baking dish half a glass of water and bake for 30 minutes at 180°
