Spinach with oil

05486 SPINACH with oil 6 PEOPLE INGREDIENTS 1/2 kg of boiled spinach, 30 g raisins softened in warm water, 10 g of pine nuts, a handful of parsley, 2 anchovies, nutmeg, toasted or fried Croutons, salt and pepper.
PROCEDURE Put in a pan with oil, parsley and anchovy FRY for about 3 minutes.
Unite now spinach, raisins, pine nuts, grated nutmeg, salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
Pour the spinach in a serving dish by a mound and surround it with croutons well hot.
