Brussels sprouts with sausage

05838 BRUSSELS SPROUTS with SAUSAGE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 4 sausages, 1/2 lemons untreated, 600 g frozen Brussels sprouts, 25 g dried tomatoes in oil, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper. Grilled sausages and then cut them into rings. Rinse and dry the lemon; grattugiatene the peel and squeeze it. Steam Cook the Brussels sprouts for about 12 minutes; then drain them. Drain the sun-dried tomatoes from their oil and mince. Peel and thinly slice the garlic. Let it Brown for 3 minutes in a large pan with the hot oil, add the sun-dried tomatoes, sausage slices, rind and juice of lemon, the Brussels sprouts, and season with salt and pepper. Stir and continue cooking for another 5 minutes on medium heat, without ceasing to stir. Serve immediately.
