Smoked salmon salad (salmone affumicato in insalata)

08816 SMOKED SALMON SALAD INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 300 g smoked salmon, 300 g of Mixed Greens, cucumber, 2 tomatoes, chives, 2 tablespoons horseradish cream, 150 ml cream, salt, pepper.
For the sauce: with a fork mounted slightly cream with horseradish cream, salt and pepper.
Cut the smoked salmon 1 cm cubes.
Wash the cucumbers, dry it and shave it using a peeler.
Cut in half lengthwise and then into rings.
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into quarters.
Place in individual bowls the previously washed Mixed Greens and well dried, the salmon cubes, cucumber slices and tomato wedges.
Pour the cream and garnish with chive threads.
