Bruschetta with mozzarella, zucchini flowers and anchovies
Instructions
Cut the mozzarella into slices and dress with oil, salt and pepper.
Fry the courgette flowers in hot oil and drain well.
Bruscate bread, lay the mozzarella anchovy fillets and pumpkin flowers.

- 250 g of mozzarella
- 4 pumpkin flowers
- 4 anchovy fillets in olive oil
- Olive oil
