Bruschetta with shrimp and zucchini
Instructions
Cut the shallots and icing the courgettes rather thin slices.
In a small frying pan with oil over low heat saute the shallot and Zucchini until they are cooked.
Cook the shrimp in a pan with oil for a few minutes and sfumateli with a splash of wine.
Bruscate the slices of bread.
Place a few slices of Zucchini and a shrimp on each toast.

- 4 slices of bread
- 4 zucchini
- 1 shallot
- 4 imperial shrimp
- Olive oil
- Salt
- 1 splash of dry white wine
