Orange roulades

06022 Orange ROULADES INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 4 pork Roulades of about 200 g, 40 g of grappa Tokaj Gandolini, juice from two oranges, 60 g butter, flour, salt and pepper.
Private PROCEDURE the Roulades of fat and put them slightly in the flour.
In a large saucepan melt the butter and saute on both sides the Roulades.
Pour the schnapps and when it is almost evaporated, add the orange juice.
Add salt and simmer in covered container for five minutes.
When cooked remove the Roulades and at the end of cooking, add a few tablespoons of water and brandy.
Please restrict to open flame and pour this sauce over the Roulades.
Garnish with boiled rice pudding and flavored with a generous ground pepper.
