06631 Lamb Chops with mustard and ARUGULA 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS 700 g pork chops d? lamb, 2 bunches of Arugula, 1 tablespoon of mustard, 1 tablespoon butter, 1 dl.
cream, 1/2 dl.
dry white wine, salt and pepper to taste.
Clean well the PROCEDURE and rosolatele chops in a pan, then cover with white wine.
Add salt and pepper, to taste, and add the mustard.
Simmer for a few minutes and then remove from the Pan, keeping them warm and ultimate in the sauce.
Add the cream, reduce the whole thing and after hearing the taste, prepare the dish.
Wash the Arugula and remove the stem, take a bunch at the Centre of the plate and lean the chops, then pour over the sauce.
