Instructions

INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 1 kg of mutton stew 100 g olive oil onion 1 garlic clove 2 large potatoes, tomato sauce and Bay leaves, marjoram, salt, pepper, Chopped onion and PROCESS the garlic, put them in a pan with oil and cook them, then add the meat, a bay leaf and a pinch of chopped Marjoram.

Stir and when the mutton stews are well browned wet your hair with a big ladle of hot water which shall be loosed a spoonful of tomato sauce.

Add salt and pepper; with the vessel and, halfway through the cooking, add the potatoes cut into pieces.

Ultimate cooking at very low heat combine, when necessary, other hot water or broth and moscolando often for not sticking to the bottom.
