Instructions

06697 MEATLOAF INGREDIENTS 4 PERSONS 250 g of veal, minced meat 250 g minced meat pork, 100 g of bacon, 2 packages of grated Emmental cheese, 2 slices of bread the day before, 2 hard-boiled eggs, an egg, onion, parsley, olive oil, salt, pepper.

Mix the two types of meat with Bacon cut into pieces, a sprig of parsley, a pack of cheese, finely chopped onion and beaten egg, salt and pepper.

Lay the meat so mixed on a floured countertop, in the center you have boiled eggs rolled then giving it the shape of meatloaf.

Cut up the bread crumbs and mix it with the other bag of cheese.

Sprayed the meat with oil and move into the mixture of bread and cheese.

Place the meat in a baking dish from oven and cook at 180° for about 30 minutes.

You can serve it hot or cold.
