Instructions

06148 BURGER with SPAGHETTI INGREDIENTS 4 PERSONS 200 g of spaghetti, 400 g veal, minced meat 200 g mushrooms, 1 onion, 1 egg, 1 slice of bread, 4 tablespoons of cream, 50 g butter, flour, salt and pepper.

CASE mix the meat with the grated onion, bread crumbs, beaten egg and season with salt and pepper.

Formed four burgers, toss them in the flour and FRY in a little oil, remove them and keep them warm.

Boil the pasta in salted water, drain, when it is al dente.

Saute sliced mushrooms in butter in thin slices, add the cream and cook for a few minutes.

Pour mushroom sauce over spaghetti and serve accompanied with burgers.
