06161 LONZA with mashed APPLES INGREDIENTS 2 PERSONS 4 fillets of pork loin, 1 yellow Apple, broth, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
PROCEEDINGS Prepared 200 ml of broth.
Peel the Apple and cut it into pieces and gilds in broth over low heat until tender, then shake it (make a puree).
Roasted fillets with oil, salt and pepper.
Serve accompanied with Apple puree.
