Instructions

2 PEOPLE INGREDIENTS 06233 SKEWERED A Leg roast, 1 red pepper, 1 leek, 200 g cheese, caciotta type 1 courgette.

For the sauce, 1 tablespoon of mustard, the juice of half a lemon, 1 sprig of thyme, 1 sprig of parsley, 1 sprig of Rosemary, 40 g extra virgin olive oil, a few drops of tabasco.

PROCEEDINGS Wash herbs and chop finely and put them in a bowl.

Diluted mustard with lemon juice and banging with the prongs of the fork, spoon three tablespoons of olive oil.

Add the chopped herbs.

Cut the Roast into large Thigh cubes and infilzateli on wooden skewers, alternating with cheese and vegetables.

Pass the skewers in hot oven under the grill, or on hot iron plate.

Serve on top of a serving dish, garnish with a few leaves of lettuce and sprayed with the sauce.
