Instructions

Lamb SKEWERS 06234 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS 400 g boneless lamb? s, 1 sweet pepper, 1 onion, 1 small jar of yogurt, 1 teaspoon curry powder, 1 sprig of fresh thyme and a pinch of dried thyme, 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, salt.

Preparation and cooking time: 4-6 hours and 15 minutes.

Chop the onion up PROCEDURE to reduce it to puree.

Put it in a bowl with the yogurt, curry, fresh thyme crushed with the blade of the knife.

Stir thoroughly.

Cut into cubes of about two inches of the pulp side of lamb and put it in the cream, stir to coat evenly and let stand 4-6 hours, stirring occasionally.

Clean the peppers, remove seeds and stem and split it into flaps that you will check of two inches per side.

Slide the meat cubes on wooden skewers with between one and the other a picture of pepper.

Stir yogurt cream oil.

If you can cook the skewers on the grill, or on a grid that you did heat over high heat.

Often turns the skewers so that they cook well on all sides, brushing with the yogurt sauce.

After 10 minutes, sprinkle them with salt and the rest of the sauce and serve.
