Skewers of sausage and prunes
Instructions
06237 SKEWERS of sausage, FRANKFURTERS and plums INGREDIENTS 4 fresh sausages 4 PERSONS, small sausages, 12 12 pitted prunes, 6 slices of bacon, 1/2 liter of red wine, 75 g butter, 4 small onions, 1 tablespoon of cream, 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
CASE Wrap the plums with the slices of bacon and place into four skewers, sticks with the sausage cut in half and sausage.
FRY in hot oil and serve with butter to warm wine.
Wine-flavoured butter.
Chop the spring onions and cook four with the wine, simmer for 15 minutes.
Add the chopped butter, stirring constantly, until it is incorporated and then finally add the parsley and cream.
