Bruschetta with mackerel and onion potato
Instructions
Thin sliced onions and let them sit in the water for at least an hour.
Boil the potatoes in salted water and cut them to pezzetti rather small.
Add the onions, drain the potatoes well and drained and chopped Spanish mackerel.
Dress the salad with oil, salt and oregano.
Toast the bread and sprinkle over the salad.
