Instructions

06056 SOFT MEATBALLS 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS 280 g Simmenthal, 500 g floury potatoes, a sprig of parsley, a clove of garlic, 1 egg, fresh grated breadcrumbs, butter and salt. Boil the potatoes, Peel and cut in processing them puree with the prongs of the fork. Add finely chopped Meat, garlic and parsley, and the egg.
