Meatballs with almonds
Instructions
06200 MEATBALLS with ALMONDS INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 350 g of minced veal meat, 140 g of pork minced meat, half a glass of white wine, 75 g raw chopped almonds, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, flour, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
CASE mix the veal with pork and add beaten egg, season with salt and pepper.
Make meatballs.
Put them in flour and FRY in a little oil hot, keep them aside.
Strain the oil used for the meatballs, place back in skillet and saute the chopped onion and garlic, add the parsley, almonds, white wine and a glass of water.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Blend everything together to get a sauce.
Put it in the Pan and add the meatballs and cook over low heat for 15 minutes, adding water little by little.
