Instructions
Wash and clean all the vegetables, including garlic, and chop finely.
Put them in a pan with a little olive oil and let them dry for 15 min.
After this time, add the veal chops and cook for 5 min.
Dilute the cornflour in wet meat and wine, combined the dice and cover flush with cold water.
Bring to a boil and continue cooking for 45 minutes then add the potatoes and cook for another 10 minutes if necessary add more broth.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
