Crusted lamb cutlets
Instructions
INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 16 lamb chops, 2 cloves of garlic, olive oil, salt.
For the dough: 3 egg whites, 3 egg yolks, some spoons of cornflour satin, 10 tablespoons of wheat flour, a packet of yeast, a litre of beer, salt.
Prepare the batter: Beat egg whites with a whisk, add the flour, baking powder, egg yolks and milk slowly, until you reach the desired consistency and let stand at room temperature for one hour.
Place the chops on a baking sheet, add salt, cover with a little oil, season with the crushed garlic and cook in the oven at 220° c for 5 minutes.
Let them cool and put them in the mix.
Fry the schnitzels in plenty of hot oil and serve.
