Pork tenderloin with gorgonzola

2_06036 PORK TENDERLOIN with GORGONZOLA INGREDIENTS for 2 PERSONS 4 fillets of pork, 300 g of spinach with gorgonzola, 100 g margarine, 1/2 lemon, 10 g of chopped parsley, pepper, salt, 4 small Voula au vent of puff pastry, a saucer of watercress.
Mix the margarine with the chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Wrap the margarine in buttered paper and keep it in a cool place.
Cut the pork fillets into two per person, wash the watercress and warm spinach.
You grill the meat and heat the sweet pastry in the oven at 180° Fill with spinach and put them at the top left of the plate.
Arrange the watercress with a washer of butter to the right of the plate and place the pieces of grilled meat over the whole thing.
Serve immediately.
