2_06006 VEAL ROULADES INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 500 grams of stale bread crumbs, 250 g of shallots, a kg of minced meat, veal 3 tablespoons chopped parsley, 8 tablespoons chopped shallots, 3 eggs, 75 cl white wine, 16 thin slices of salty Bacon, 16 thin slices of veal topside, 50 g of butter2 tablespoons of olive oil, d? peanuts, 2 sprigs of thyme, a bay leaf, salt, pepper.

Crumbled bread, Peel and slice the shallots.

In a salad bowl mix the minced meat, breadcrumbs, shallots, herbs, eggs, salt, pepper, and 20 cl white wine.

Lay the slices of lard, cover, one by one, with a slice of veal, leaving her stick out of 1 cm on each side.

Cover with the filling, put them on themselves to form of spring rolls and stow 'em with a kitchen wire.

Do heat the butter and oil in a saucepan, add the rolls, thyme, bay leaf and the rest of the wine, cover and let simmer for 1 hour and 30 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking.

Let them cool, spread the rolls in aluminium boats and wet your hair with the cooking sauce.

Cover them tightly and put them in the freezer.

The day that you decide to eat it, heat the oven to 180° and cuoceteveli for 45 minutes.

Serve immediately.
