Bruschetta with walnut sauce
Instructions
Pounded in a mortar the kernels with the parsley, passed through a sieve and add olive oil, a pinch of salt and a pepper: mix until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Spread the mixture on the slices of bread bruscato.

- 20 walnut kernels
- 1 sprig of parsley
