Instructions

SWEET 2_18897 FRESH CHEESE and MINT JELLY INGREDIENTS for 8 PERSONS 200 g of meringues ready, 200 g cheese, 100 g of mascarpone cheese, 200 g of fresh cheese spreads, 300 ml pouring cream, 50 g icing sugar, 100 ml of yogurt, 20 g gelatin sheets, 150 ml of mint syrup, exotic fruits (mango, papaya, passion fruit, kiwi), 1-2 sprigs of Mint.

Arrange 1/2 gelatin leaves soak in a bowl with cold water for 10 minutes.
