Sole fillets with zucchini and porcini mushrooms

07897 SOLE FILLETS with ZUCCHINI and MUSHROOMS INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 4 fillets of sole, 100 g mushrooms, 100 g of courgette, 2 tomatoes 1/2 perini, clove of garlic, oil, 100 g 300 g of broth, parsley, salt and pepper.
Clean the mushrooms and wash and cut the zucchini into cubes.
Cook the fillets of sole steamed with a little oil using the broth.
When cooked, place the fillets on a serving dish and toss the broth.
Make a sauce with parsley and chopped garlic.
Add the mushrooms and courgettes and FRY for about 5 minutes.
Add chopped tomatoes in half and cook for another 5 minutes.
Seasoned with this compound sole fillets and garnish with fresh parsley and, if desired, with radishes to flower.
