Hake in tomato sauce with mushroom sauce
Instructions
07902 HAKE STEW with MUSHROOMS SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 4 fillets of hake (or cod or mackerel), 150 g water, 50 g onion, 20 g of capers, 20 g of dried mushrooms, soaked, 1 clove of garlic, anchovies, 2 50 g flour, parsley.
Lay the hake fillets in a baking dish from oven previously oiled; then add the parsley, onion and chopped garlic: Place in the oven already warm (180°).
Cut the anchovies (water) into pieces and place them together, with mushrooms and capers to the fish, pour the water and bring to boiling.
When the fillets are cooked, place on a serving dish.
