Instructions

07047 STUFFED CALAMARI INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 6 measuring average calamari, bread crumbs 5 slices of bread, cassette 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, 50 g ham, coarsely chopped 2 cloves of chopped garlic, chili pepper, crumbled 1 1 glass of milk, 3 lemons, 250 g of extra virgin olive oil, salt.

Strip squid and remove the tooth that lies at the center of the tentacles.

Rinse in running water and fill with the following mixture: breadcrumbs soaked in milk beforehand and squeezed, the egg, parmesan, parsley and ham, add salt.

Everything is well blended.

Fill the squid with this filling without breaking them.

Sew with a white wire.

Arrange in a baking dish alternating to tentacles that have kept aside.

Drizzle with oil, pepper and the garlic, which will be removed after cooking.

Bake for 40 minutes at 200° turning gently every now and then.

When cooked allow to cool completely.

Cut into circular slices, arrange them on the serving dish with the tentacles, pour the lemon juice, a bit of oil, and garnish with parsley sprigs and lemon slices.
