Squid and beans gratin

07052 squid and BEANS GRATIN INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1/2 kg.
small squid, 250 g of ripe tomatoes, 250 g of cooked beans, 1 pack of cream, 2 cloves of garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, herbs, grated cheese.
Golden brown garlic in oil, add the squid (cleaned from entrails) and when they start to take color add the tomatoes.
Add salt and pepper, add the herbs and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
After you add the cream and cook for 5 minutes.
Cover with beans, dusting; with cheese and baked au gratin.
