Mussels with almond sauce
Instructions
07076 MUSSELS with ALMOND SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 3 kg.
mussels-30 g toasted almonds-8 tablespoons of tomato sauce-12 glass of white wine-1 boiled egg-1 clove of garlic-olive oil-Salt-butter-parsley PROCEEDING steamed mussels Open, remove the shells and sprinkle with wine.
Keep aside.
Chopped almonds and garlic, hard-boiled egg yolk, tomatoes and a little butter, add to paco to pco the oil until the sauce has the consistenwa of a mayonnaise.
Cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
Put the mussels in a pot, cover with the sauce, sprinkle with the egg and chopped parsley.
Serve.
