Angler fish with grapes
Instructions
FISH with grapes 07833 INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 4 fish slices from 200 g about one, 200 g pink grape, 80 g raisins, 100 g of white wine, a little shallot, 30 g of olive oil, 30 g butter, 1 lemon, 2 small fennel, 60 g of water, salt and pepper.
