Bruschetta with tomato and eggs
Instructions
In a pan heat the tomato sauce, add salt and add the Basil and paprika.
Add the eggs to the sauce and cook stirring.
Season with salt.
Pour the eggs with tomato sauce on bread slices previously bruscate.

- 4 slices of bread
- 4 eggs
- 8 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- Salt
- Some leaves of chopped basil
- Paprika
