Instructions

MOSCARDINI 2_07340 balsamic vinegar INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 320 g cleaned baby squid, a pack of mixed salads ready, 4 Tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper Cooked in boiling unsalted water the moscardini (cooking time depends on size of molluscs: ranges from 3 to 25 m).

Place the salad on a serving dish.

Drain and place on baby squid salad.

Emulsify the oil with 2 tablespoons hot water, salt and pepper, and balsamic vinegar.

Sprayed the plate with the sauce and serve immediately.
