Instructions

SAUTEED EEL the 2_07172 BRAISED LETTUCE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE For the sauteed eel: 25 cl fish fumet, 4 cloves garlic, 4 shallots, 800 g fresh eel, 80 g flour, 50 g of butter, a spoonful of oil d? peanuts, a bouquet garni.

For the braised lettuce: lettuce, 4 2 onions, 2 cloves of garlic, 30 g butter, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons chopped shallots and pepper.
