Salmon and potato salad
Instructions
Cook the unpeeled potatoes in boiling salted water.
Let cool, then Peel and cut into slices.
Cook the salmon, sprinkle salt, break it into small pieces and mix with the potatoes.
Beat yogurt with the lemon juice and the sauce, add the lemon zest, salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
Pour this mixture over the salad.
Adorned with capers.

- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
