Sea salad
Instructions
INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 200 g shrimp cleaned, cleaned squid 250 g, 150 g of peas, 15 pitted green olives, 20 g of capers, vinegar, a jar of mayonnaise, 500 g of water cut the squid and chopped olives with capers.
Pour the water into a pot, add a tablespoon of vinegar and bring to a boil, let it cook for 20 minutes the squids, prawns and peas.
Let cool fish and peas, then add mayonnaise to your liking and add the chopped capers and olives.
Mix gently, trimmed with tufts of parsley and serve or store in the refrigerator until use.
