Asparagus and salmon salad
Instructions
Cut the soft part of asparagus into pieces and cook them in salted water, drain.
Cut lettuce into strips.
Grease a baking dish from the oven, place the salted salmon and sprinkle with the lemon.
Arrostitelo, then cut it into slices.
Place a plate on top of the lettuce, asparagus, green beans and slices of salmon.
Pour a little bit of vinegar, mix well.

- 1 lemon
