French salad (insalata francese)
Instructions
08059 FRENCH SALAD INGREDIENTS 1 large potato 4 PEOPLE, 2 frankfurters, 1 small Apple 1 Pickled Gherkin, 1 lemon, 1 tablespoon oil, 1 tablespoon of mustard, vinegar, salt.
PROCEEDINGS Boiled unpeeled potatoes, peel them and cut them into cubes.
Drizzle with oil and vinegar, a little before they cool.
Peel the apples, cut into small pieces and then drizzle with the lemon juice.
Slice the sausage slices and the gherkin.
Mix everything and serve the salad cold.
